Q. When should I place my order?
A. As soon as you know of the event is best. Two weeks for most orders and six to three months for wedding and large orders.
Q. What methods of payments do you accept?
A. I accept cash and payments using debit and credit cards through online payment or by phone. Visa, Mastercard, & Discover cards are accepted. No checks.
Q. When should I pay for my order?
A. Orders must be fully paid 2 weeks before your event date. If your order is less than the two weeks, it is due upon the time of ordering. This secures the date and lead time for your order. Wedding and large event orders require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due one month before your event. For debit and credit card payments, an email with your invoice will be sent to you including instructions for online payment. Cash payments must be arranged with me.
Q. Do you offer delivery?
A. At this time delivery is only available for large orders and/or orders requiring setup for your event. Delivery is a minimum of $25 with $1 per mile beyond 25 miles. 15 miles $25. 26 miles $26.
I will make every possible attempt to deliver your items successfully. However, I can not be responsible for incorrect addresses or items left with persons other than the client. Orders requiring setup, such a wedding and multi-tier cakes will have the delivery fee itemized on your order. Charges are based upon distance to the delivery location. All pickups and deliveries are scheduled individually with each client.
Q. There is not an address listed. Can I stop by and see your work?
A. As Dreme is a private studio, all meetings, pickups, and deliveries must be scheduled by an appointment. As the detail of most orders can be finalized by email or by phone, meetings are reserved for weddings and large events over 75 guest.
Q. Can I make a change to my order?
A. Orders are normally finalized upon receipt of payment. In some cases exceptions can be made. If you need to make changes to your order, please call me at (919) 523-1513 as soon as you know of the change. I cannot guarantee any changes.
Q. Can I order one individual item such as a cupcake?
A. Each item has a minimum in which it must be ordered. Every order is made to order. There are no single items available for purchase.
Q. Can I choose a design from an image online?
A. Images may be used as aides in your design. No two orders are exactly alike and yours will be tailored to meet your specifications. Please be advised, I do not copy other artist work.
Q. Do you make allergen-free products? Kosher?
A. Dreme does not guarantee its products are allergen free. Many products contain or may come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts or other allergens that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. I will bring to your attention if a product contains nuts. It is up to the client to inform their guests if a product contains such ingredients. At the clients discretion, nuts can be left out of some recipes. I do not offer kosher items at this time.
